The DBCH-2000 is a rugged ID laser cladding head for bores 2 inches (50mm) in diameter or greater at up to 3 kW laser power. This tool is compatible with powder filler material. NLT uses a unique 45° laser beam exit angle which makes it a versatile tool for cladding both cylinder walls and seating surfaces without making adjustments to the head.
